**About Epiroc Ab**

Epiroc Ab is a multinational company present in 150 countries, providing innovative technology to develop and supply safe and state-of-the-art equipment, such as drilling machinery and construction tools for surface and underground mining. We also offer world-class aftermarket services and solutions for automation, digitalization, and electrification.

**Key Responsibilities**

The Business Partner Coordinator is responsible for managing all our business partners in Mexico, considering all business lines, to have visibility of our participation in Mexican territory and increase our market share.

**Key Responsibilities Include:**

Forecasting business partner demand and analyzing market trends, considering sales targets and budget for each business partner.

Administration of key performance indicators (KPIs) for business partners.

Close collaboration with Business Development and Territory Management activities to support and participate in customer strategy planning and execution with each business partner.

Adapting Epiroc Ab's go-to-market strategy for all products with business partners.

Strategy development with each business partner.

Ensuring all sales opportunities from business partners are entered into the customer relationship management (CRM) database.

Developing and implementing appropriate sales, product, and market strategies and priorities for each major product business partner and geographic region.

Planning and executing the best possible market coverage for our entire portfolio of products, primarily through continual development of all market channels.

Measuring business partner performance, evaluating, and determining continued participation in the Epiroc Ab market channel.

Ensuring accomplishment of company policies and standards.

**Requirements**

Educational background: Bachelor's degree in business management, engineering, or a related discipline is preferred.

At least ten years of experience in the Mexico mining industry (mandatory), preferably with a direct sales or product management background.

Analytical and structured approach to business with good understanding of financial statements and solid business principles.

Familiarity with Epiroc Ab's existing and potential business partners in Mexico.

Proven background in supporting and managing sales professionals to exceed sales targets and expand their professional development opportunities.

Highly developed collaboration skills.

Proficiency in MS Office, especially Word, Excel, and Outlook is required.

Advanced verbal, written, and presentation communication skills with a strong customer focus are required.

Extensive travel in Mexico is required, with some international travel a possibility.

Maintain courteous and professional demeanor and communication with customers and internal staff.

Up to 50% travel is expected: usually involving business partner locations in Mexico.
