We are seeking an HR Operations Associate Analyst to support HR operation across LATAM for payroll incidence consolidation, ensuring compliance with legal guidelines, company policies and employee payroll processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Validate reception of information from legacy systems across all work locations to ensure necessary information for payment.
  • Document errors in legacy systems and identify critical cases.
  • Perform control reports as preventive controls for incorrect payments.
  • Detect deviations that imply undue payments using variation reports.
  • Compare employee master reports and payroll systems, identifying differences and making necessary corrections.
  • Run vacation bonus reports to ensure correct payments.
  • Verify applicable concepts according to each payroll area.
  • Validate error logs of payroll inputs and make corrections.
  • Release information for generation of payroll previews.
  • Record corrections requested by the Payroll Team and/or General Managers on payroll previews.
  • Release definitive loads for payroll to the Payroll team.
  • Respond to Enlace's tickets assigned to the area for clarification of payments and/or discounts applied.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field.
  • Desirable functional knowledge for HR processes.
  • 2+ years of payroll processes experience preferred.
  • 80% fluent in English and 100% Spanish (Written & Verbal skills).
  • Advanced knowledge in Excel, PowerPoint, Word.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work directly with internal management.
  • Analytical Skills.
  • Action Oriented.
  • Team player and highly collaborative.

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
