District Sales Executive

Siamo alla ricerca di un professionista per la nostra sede di Roma-Fiumicino. Di seguito i requisiti minimi che ricerchiamo in un District Sales Executive:
- Gestione di un territorio assegnato: ricerca e primo contatto con i clienti, gestione appuntamenti, individuazione dei fabbisogni
- Analisi del territorio assegnato e conoscenza del contesto lavorativo fortemente competitivo
- Costante collaborazione con i reparti interni , le risorse regionali ed europee dell'azienda, nel rispetto delle procedure interne
- Partecipazione alla creazione di soluzioni a valore aggiunto per le esigenze logistiche del cliente, incluse analisi di supporto e calcoli costi-benefici
- Supporto ai reparti tramite l'introduzione dei Clienti, il trasferimento delle informazioni e la messa in sicurezza di tutte le pratiche burocratiche necessarie per i clienti stessi
- Partecipazione a sessioni di formazione e sviluppo per accrescere le proprie competenze di vendita ed aggiornare la conoscenza di prodotti e servizi Expeditors
- Coinvolgimento e capacità a lavorare in gruppo , partecipando alle attività commerciali di filiale, sotto la direzione del Direttore Commerciale di distretto
- Attività di Customer Care, altresì legata alla gestione dei pagamenti (conti esigibili)
- Sostegno ed adesione alla cultura aziendale Expeditors
Si richiedono:
- 1-3 anni di esperienza in ambito commerciale e spedizioni internazionali e/o formazione o livello equivalente di istruzione ed esperienza
- Gradita la conoscenza del processo di catena di approvvigionamento (supply chain)
- Buona conoscenza del programma Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, ecc.)
- Efficaci capacità comunicative, scritte e verbali
- Ottima gestione di tempo e priorità
- Disponibilità ad incontrare clienti fuori sede su base regolare
- Forte capacità di problem solving, doti organizzative e interpersonali
- Auto-motivazione; capacità di lavorare in un ambiente altamente dinamico
- Retribuzione conforme agli orientamenti regionali
