**Job Summary**
Satellite Teams is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Associate to join our team. As a Business Development Associate, you will be responsible for developing and implementing growth strategies to increase our client base and achieve revenue objectives.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute business acquisition plans to drive revenue growth and expand our client base.
- Utilize data and market research to identify business opportunities and build new business verticals.
- Manage our existing sales pipeline and develop new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
- Lead the development of proposals and presentations for new business materials to create and nurture business opportunities and partnerships.
- Identify trends and customer needs, building a short/medium/long-term sales pipeline in accordance with targets.
- Develop and implement overarching outbound sales and business development strategy, sales processes, structure, and best practices across the company.
- Support deal structure and pricing with business value analysis; negotiate prices for proactive bids and proposals.
- Assist in the coordination and implementation of marketing strategies, and delegate tasks that achieve strategic goals.
**Requirements**
- Fluent in English and Spanish (mandatory).
- At least 3-4 years of work experience in business development, or consulting.
- Proven track record of Business development management or Territory Sales with B2B sales experience.
- Excellent communication skills, must have a consultative sales approach, and be a strong persuader and influencer.
- Self-Motivated, meticulous and results-oriented.
**Work Environment**
This is a full-time position with a salary range of $30,000.00 to $33,000.00 per month. The work environment is on the road.
