  • Designing and delivering training programs to improve job skills and organizational performance
  • Participating in the development of annual objectives and KPIs for the HR department
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and training all personnel
  • Detecting training needs and conducting surveys within the organization
  • Developing didactic materials and coordinating training activities
  • Training staff to improve job skills and evaluating the effectiveness of personnel policies and practices
  • Coordinating overall training logistics and course attendance control

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Administration, Psychology, or HR-related field
  • 3 years of experience in a similar role in the luxury hotel industry
  • Experience at a corporate level or managing multiple properties
  • In-depth knowledge of LQA and Forbes standards in the ultra-luxury segment
  • Proficient in reading and writing Spanish and English (80% spoken and written)
  • Availability to travel
