Operations Support Associate 2

The Operations Support Associate 2 is an entry-level position within Citi's Operations - Core Team, responsible for providing day-to-day operations support services. This role is focused on maintaining records, storing and retrieving documents, managing accounts, and imaging, all in coordination with the Operations - Core Team.
**Key Responsibilities:**
1. Identify, analyze, and solve key issues within assigned areas, delivering supporting documents to corresponding teams.
2. Assist with the management of various reports, including business reporting, monthly operating reports, and business scorecards, while providing clear communication regarding local policies and processes.
3. Assist in the execution and monitoring of processes and data, ensuring efficiency and client satisfaction.
4. Organize, develop, and maintain Continuity of Business, Resolution planning, and Business Review Templates.
5. Monitor requirements related to compliance with Corporate Policies.
6. Implement corrective actions derived from MCA reviews and other control entities.
**Qualifications and Requirements:**
1. 2-5 years of relevant experience in operations support or a related field.
2. Proficient in Microsoft Office.
3. Demonstrated clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
4. Ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment.
5. Ability to analyze data and solve problems.
6. Proven organizational and time management skills.
**Education:**
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

**Additional Responsibilities:**
Analyze and address potential identity theft complaints.
Follow up on regulatory cases and reports.
