Operations Support Associate

The Operations Support Associate is a key role within Citi's operations team, responsible for providing critical support services to ensure the smooth functioning of our business operations. This role is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about working in a fast-paced environment and are eager to develop their skills in operations support.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Identify, analyze, and resolve key issues in assigned areas, delivering supporting documents to corresponding teams

• Assist with the management of various reports, including business reporting, monthly operating reports, and business scorecards, providing clear and concise communication regarding local policies and processes

• Assist in the execution and monitoring of processes and data, ensuring efficiency and client satisfaction

• Organize, develop, and maintain Continuity of Business, Resolution planning, and Business Review Templates

• Monitor requirements related to compliance with Corporate Policies

• Monitor and implement corrective actions derived from MCA reviews and other control entities

• Provide exceptional client experience, meeting client needs while maintaining high standards of quality and service

**Qualifications and Requirements:**

• 2-5 years of relevant experience in operations support or a related field

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, with a strong focus on Excel

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment

• Ability to analyze data and solve problems, with a strong attention to detail

• Proven organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field
