Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Energy Operations Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing technicians for maintenance and repairs of energy equipment, overseeing maintenance to keep energy assets operational, and coordinating with teams for maintenance and system issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of technicians for maintenance and repairs of energy equipment
  • Oversee maintenance to keep energy assets operational

  • Manage warranties, spare parts, and inventory
  • Track onsite interventions with providers and manufacturers
  • Ensure O&M compliance and optimize asset performance
  • Use digital tools for managing service requests and schedules
  • Monitor key metrics like uptime and repair times
  • Ensure administrative compliance with vendors
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in the energy sector, focusing on operations, maintenance, or field service
  • Strong background in Field Service Management and Customer Support
  • Proven experience in O&M
  • Skilled in managing technical issues and coordinating stakeholders
  • Experience with warranties, service contracts, and vendor management
  • Proficient in scheduling, dispatching, and using digital tools like CMMS
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Advanced English proficiency
  • Valid visa for travel to the United States
