Job Title: Account Development Manager

Job Summary:

The Account Development Manager will be responsible for managing and developing Monster Energy's business in key accounts, such as Oxxo, to ensure the achievement of sales goals and grow the energy drinks category. This role involves working closely with distributors to execute sales strategies and maintain long-term relationships with accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop business plans and strategies to maximize sales in key accounts
  • Ensure sales volumes are met in key accounts, such as Oxxo
  • Manage trade spend and P&L budgets
  • Create initiatives to provide great customer shopping experiences
  • Manage sales reporting against KPIs
  • Develop and execute promotional planning and evaluation
  • Work with Marketing to leverage marketing assets
  • Ensure proper inventory management

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in related positions in the food and beverages industry
  • Strong account management and relationship building skills
  • Experience in managing major national accounts
  • Strong analytical skills, time management, and customer service skills
  • Strong computer skills, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Expertise in beverage industry (alc or non-alc) in retail channels
  • Experience with building and executing trade programs and promotions
