Job Summary

Citigroup Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Digital Authentication and Fraud Prevention Product Owner to join our team. As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for providing full leadership and supervisory responsibility to a team of quality analysts who support multiple answering groups across the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of quality analysts who support multiple answering groups across the business.
  • Participate in management meetings and apply in-depth quality process improvement knowledge to drive business results.
  • Contribute to the development of new quality techniques, models, and plans to improve business processes.
  • Recommend and implement process improvements, and prepare detailed, analytical reports as needed.
  • Share responsibility for budgets and planning with the management team.
  • Manage a team, which may include management of people, budget, and planning.
  • Apply in-depth disciplinary knowledge of concepts and procedures within own area to resolve complex issues.
  • Evaluate subordinates' performance and make recommendations for pay increases, hiring, terminations, and other personnel actions.
  • Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of how own area collectively integrates to contribute to achieving overall business goals.
  • Provide evaluative judgment based on analysis of factual information in complicated and unique situations.
  • Directly impact the area through shared responsibility for delivery of end results and contribution to planning, budget management, and formulation of procedures; influence resource planning.
  • Persuade and influence others through communication and diplomacy skills; may negotiate with external parties.
  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients, and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct, and business practices, and escalating, managing, and reporting control issues with transparency, as well as effectively supervise the activity of others and create accountability with those who fail to maintain these standards.
Requirements
  • 5-8 years of relevant experience in digital authentication and fraud prevention.
  • Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience.

  • Experience as a Product Owner (5 years).
