**Key Responsibilities**

We are seeking a highly skilled E-commerce Business Development Specialist to join our team at Alibaba Group. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role focused on client acquisition and relationship management.

**Key Responsibilities Include:**

  • Identify, engage, and recruit high-potential sellers and brands to join our e-commerce platform.
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify industry trends, gaps in the market, and potential areas for growth and expansion.
  • Establish and nurture long-term relationships with potential sellers, leveraging your persuasive communication and negotiation skills.
  • Partner with internal teams to develop and implement strategies that support seller success and contribute to the overall growth of our e-commerce platform.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance indicators related to seller acquisition efforts.

**Requirements:**

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role.
  • Proven track record of successfully closing deals and building productive relationships.
  • Strong ability to develop and execute strategic plans for market penetration and seller acquisition.
  • Proficient in analyzing market data and sales trends to inform decision-making and strategy refinement.
  • Outstanding interpersonal abilities with persuasive communication skills.
