Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute business growth strategies to increase revenue and market share in LATAM
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, suppliers, and clients to drive business development and retention
  • Lead the development and implementation of marketing plans and initiatives to promote our products and services in the region
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of our services and solutions to clients
  • Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions and stay ahead of the competition
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in the travel or tourism industry
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and developing strategic partnerships
