Regional Sales Director

**Job Summary:**
The Regional Sales Director is responsible for the sales of Electronic Assembly Products in Mexico. This role involves managing all sales processes, guiding distributors, and achieving sales targets.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Sales of Metcal products within the assigned territory through networking, customer prospecting, and managing manufacturer representatives.
- Generate monthly sales and project reports for internal use.
- Analyze sales statistics to track and predict growth of Metcal brands.
- Develops, maintains, and improves business relations with customers of the Metcal brands.
- Identifies new customers and sales opportunities, initiates action plan to approach and secure new business for the Metcal brands.
- Creating training and development programs for channel partners and customers.
**Requirements:**
- 5+ years sales experience, ideally with direct sales to contract manufacturing and OEMs, soldering equipment and tools for electronics manufacturing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.
- Experience managing sales channel (Distribution/Sales Representatives).
- Ability to demonstrate products and find solutions utilizing technical skills.
- Effective and persuasive presentation skills.
- Good organizational and strategic selling skills.
- Excellent negotiation skills.
- Work level experience with Microsoft Windows Environments.
- Sound judgment.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Located in Guadalajara, Mexico or Tijuana/Mexicali, Mexico.
