About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Accounting and Customer Service Representative to join our team in Mexico City, MX. As a key member of our Business Assurance division, you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless communication with clients and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service and resolving inquiries efficiently.
  • Process client accounts accurately and on time, maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks effectively to meet deadlines.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective project execution and customer satisfaction.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in business administration or similar roles, preferably with up-selling skills.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Windows and CRM experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including multitasking, self-organization, and proactive problem-solving.
