About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our team at Rippling. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for prospecting and closing new business opportunities while expanding our customer base within a defined territory or named account portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain a healthy qualified pipeline by focusing on our defined Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)
  • Prospect on a consistent daily basis to uncover opportunities within your defined territory
  • Ensure accurate and timely information is entered into and managed within our CRM system
  • Forecast business on a weekly basis by staging current opportunities based on our sales process criteria
  • Develop relationships with our strategic customers to ensure long-term growth and uncover referrals
  • Collaborate with leadership and other teams to build, execute, and revise a Go-to-Market strategy for your defined territory
  • Represent and embody our company values as the face of Rippling to all potential customers
Requirements
  • Full-cycle sales experience with B2B SaaS solutions
  • Evidence of top-tier attainment performance in past roles
  • Demonstrable track record of success in developing a qualified pipeline
  • Experience with MEDDPICC and an enterprise-grade sales methodology (Sandler, Miller Heiman, Challenger, Value Selling, Force Management, etc.)
  • Ability to navigate and work with multiple stakeholders
  • Strong hunter mentality and work ethic driven by a healthy level of competitiveness
  • Supply chain and logistics sales experience is a plus, but not required
  • High motivation and resilience in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable working in an environment where change is constant
  • Fluent in Spanish and English
