Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Manager to join our team at Kroll. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for forecasting quarterly tax expense and leveraging these global forecasts to utilize tax attributes for planning purposes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Forecasting and Planning: Develop and implement forecasting models to predict quarterly tax expense, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Tax Compliance: Manage the Federal and State income compliance process, working closely with team members to ensure timely and accurate filings.
  • Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis to identify trends and areas for improvement, providing recommendations to senior management.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including senior management, accounting, and tax teams.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA, JD, or Master's in Taxation a plus.
  • Experience: Minimum 6-8 years of tax experience, with at least 2 years in public accounting.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of tax compliance, tax expense forecasting, and financial analysis; excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
