Job OverviewThis position is responsible for managing purchase orders, including creation, confirmation, and follow-up through payment. You will track milestones, problem-solve with suppliers and internal functions, and manage the purchase order backlog to ensure plant production schedule.
Key Responsibilities- Purchase Order Management: Create, confirm, and follow up on purchase orders to ensure timely delivery and accurate supplier contact details.
- Supplier Communication: Establish regular communication cadence with suppliers and escalate significant risks to business to the next internal level.
- Material/Component Availability: Optimize inventory management and identify replenishment system strategies to share with Strategic Sourcing for negotiation and implementation.
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- 3-5 years of experience as a Buyer/Purchasing Analyst/Procurement.
- Experience in Material Planning and data analysis.
- Inventory management skills.
- A strong customer focus and continuous improvement attitude.
- Advanced knowledge in SAP and Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).
- English proficiency.

Estimated SalaryThe estimated annual salary for this position is $80,000 - $110,000 based on location and experience.
