Requirements

  • Minimum of 3+ years of HR experience
  • Working knowledge of multiple HR disciplines
  • Fluent in English and Spanish
  • Resourceful with strong analytical skills
  • Interpersonal and communication skills
  • Team-oriented and ability to work with cross-functional teams
  • Self-motivated, ability to multi-task, critical thinking, problem-solving skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • Fast learner and ability to absorb new information or skills

Work Environment

The position is fully remote.

Compensation

$11,000.00 per month
