Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Force Trainer to join our team. As a Sales Force Trainer, you will be responsible for developing and executing training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our sales force. Your primary goal will be to ensure that our sales team has the necessary tools and expertise to achieve our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement training programs to improve sales skills and product knowledge.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to design and deliver training content.
  • Conduct training sessions and provide coaching to sales representatives.
  • Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in sales training and development.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Advanced English language skills.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in sales training or a related field.
  • Experience in e-commerce is highly desirable.
