**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Force Trainer to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and executing training programs for our sales force, focusing on product knowledge, commercial skills, and behavior.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing leaders to design and implement the annual training plan and other development activities.
  • Develop and deliver training content for the sales force, emphasizing technical and commercial knowledge of our products and behavioral skills.
  • Conduct needs assessments to identify training gaps and propose plans to address them, working closely with other departments to coordinate activities.
  • Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness, identifying areas for improvement and recommending changes to training programs.
  • Source external providers to support training initiatives and develop e-learning content.
  • Act as a liaison between the sales team and other departments, providing recommendations for process improvements and tool optimization.

**Requirements**

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Advanced English language skills.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Sales Trainer, with a minimum of 2 years in a similar role.
  • Experience in e-commerce is highly desirable.
