**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Force Trainer to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and executing training strategies to enhance the skills and knowledge of our sales force. Your primary goal will be to ensure the successful implementation of our business objectives and the development of our commercial teams.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and execute annual training plans in collaboration with Sales and Marketing Managers.
  • Design and deliver training content focused on product knowledge and commercial skills for our sales force.
  • Conduct needs assessments and propose training programs to address the development needs of our commercial teams.
  • Coordinate and implement training activities, including conventions, strategic meetings, and new courses.
  • Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness and sales performance.
  • Identify and recommend improvements to our training processes and tools.

**Requirements**

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Advanced English language skills.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Sales Force Trainer.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Medical Representative.
  • Experience in E-commerce is highly valued.
