This is a full-time position at the Fairfield Inn & Suites Mexico City Vallejo, where you will be responsible for maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of the hotel. As a Guest Environment Expert, you will be empowered to move about your space and do what needs to be done to ensure a great guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of guest rooms and public spaces
- Deliver exceptional guest service and respond to guest requests
- Stock and maintain housekeeping carts and supplies
- Participate in deep cleaning and special projects as needed
- Work collaboratively with other hotel staff to ensure a smooth and efficient operation
Requirements
- Ability to stand and move around for extended periods of time
- Ability to lift and carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
- High school diploma or equivalent required
