We're seeking a skilled Principal Visual Designer to help us achieve this vision.

**Role Overview**

As a Principal Visual Designer, you will work closely with designers, product managers, and technologists to design solutions that organizations worldwide use for their healthcare systems and operations. You will be responsible for creating user-centered experiences that have a profound impact on the healthcare industry.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop deep insights into user needs and create solutions to enhance user interaction with our products.
  • Design user journeys, wireframes, information architecture, user flow diagrams, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes to communicate designs and iterate on feedback from stakeholders and research.
  • Frame and tell the story around design solutions, contributing to the communication of research findings, conceptual ideas, detailed design, and design rationale both verbally and visually.
  • Present concepts and ideas to key stakeholders, product, and development teams to establish a common understanding of designs and gain buy-in.
  • Articulate guiding principles to ground and inspire ideation, prototyping, and exploration of various design solutions.
  • Design components with ingenious micro-interactions, integrating with Oracle's Redwood Design System, prioritizing accessibility, and responding across desktop and mobile experiences.

**Requirements**

  • 8+ years of experience as a designer, preferably with experience designing, building, and delivering products.
  • Full-stack user experience designer with experience in Visual Design, interaction design, visual design, and aesthetics.
  • Prior experience contributing to an enterprise Design System.
  • Ability to work well with others, collaborate with designers, user researchers, engineers, product managers, executives, and inspire them to do their best.
  • Excellent storytelling skills, with the ability to communicate research findings, conceptual ideas, and design rationale effectively.
  • Ability to balance system thinking with creative problem-solving.
