Job DescriptionWe're seeking a skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our support staff, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch service to our customers through live chat, email, and other channels.
Your goal will be to resolve customer inquiries efficiently and effectively, while also providing a high level of service and support.
You'll work closely with our internal teams to resolve issues and ensure that our customers receive the best possible experience.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Languages: Ukrainian native; English - Advanced
- Excellent written communication skills
- Empathy, stress tolerance, responsibility, and focus on development and results
- Excellent basic computer skills
- Ability to work from home for the first 2 weeks of training
