Results-Driven Sales Specialist

One Park Financial is a leading financial technology company dedicated to empowering small businesses by connecting them with flexible financing options. Our mission is to provide entrepreneurs with the working capital they need to grow their businesses.
We're seeking successful inside sales professionals to join our team. As a Sales Specialist, you will build relationships with small business owners through calls, follow-ups, and emails. Key skills include initiating and cultivating relationships, developing instant rapport, asking open-ended questions, managing a pipeline, and working your book of business.
Requirements:
- Mexican ID (mandatory)
- Advanced English Level
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Call Center experience (preferred)
Bonus points for:
- B2B sales experience
- Inbound or Outbound Sales Experience
Benefits:
- Average income: approximately MX$50,000 per month
- Uncapped commissions for unlimited earning potential
- Guaranteed commissions for the first 3 months
- Monthly salary: MXN 15,000
- 12 days of vacation
