Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Cost Accounting Manager to join our team at Enovis. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining accurate and efficient accounting processes and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, coordinate, and develop full spending and materials variances budget for manufacturing operations.
  • Lead budget review presentation and justification for manufacturing operations.
  • Support Finance Director in full budget spending preparation for larger manufacturing operations.
  • Lead Division Finance Navigation for monthly PPV variances, forecast, and budget in coordination with Division Procurement VP.
  • Develop and maintain standard costing, including analysis of variance and controls for absorption and COGS.
  • Agile, changes review, and approvals.
  • Work on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors.
  • Review, analyze, and forecast financial absorption for production operations.
  • Ensure the cost accuracy of reports issued.
  • Support internal and external audits as needed.
  • Support Annual Physical inventory.
  • Track cycle count program, implementation, and inventory accuracy.
  • Perform Compare vs. Buy Analysis, including manufacturing transfers and capability analysis.
  • Ensure accurate information from Oracle.
Requirements
  • Professional career completed in Finance, Accounting, Tax, Business Administration.
  • Advanced English.
  • 7+ years of experience in a similar position in the Manufacturing Industry.
  • Management of MS Office, Oracle, SAP.
  • Accumulated knowledge of costs, variance analysis, budgets, forecast, inventory control.
Authorities
  • Approve or reject engineering changes through agile.
  • Request JE's if needed.
  • Request cost update of an item.
  • Request change of setup data of an item.
  • Approve or reject expense and capital items through Oracle.
