Job Summary

This role is responsible for managing a team of individual contributors supporting local HR processes, ensuring adherence to policies and guidelines, career development, and establishing protocols. The role fosters a positive environment for training, influences administrative decisions, and communicates process improvements to HR and business leaders.

The position requires on-site presence for 5 days a week.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coaching and Guidance: Provides coaching and guidance on job performance and career development to direct reports, HR managers, and employees to use myHR services.
  • Team Management: Manages a team of analysts and professionals, providing technical, functional, and operational expertise within HR global services.
  • Protocol Establishment: Establishes protocols and tiered escalation, ensuring response to issues and requests from HR, employees, and managers.
  • Training and Development: Builds and maintains a positive environment to train and develop team members to foster understanding of broad HR principles, policies, procedures, and systems with a high level of customer service focus.
  • Administrative Decision-Making: Influences and makes final decisions on administrative or operational matters, leveraging country best practices in view of standardizing processes globally.
  • Communication: Communicates process capabilities and projects to country or regional HR and business leaders.
  • Document Supervision: Supervises business process documents (e.g., Standard Operating Procedures, Statement of Work, Business Score Card, etc.).
  • Employee Experience: Supports improving employees' experience and customer satisfaction through myHR services.
  • Process Improvement: Enhances and implements new process framework (e.g., Termination process simplified).
  • Quality Issue Management: Manages root cause analysis, containment, recommendations, and resolution of quality issues and executes complex HR data transactions.
Education and Experience

Typically requires a four-year degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.

Four to six years of job-related experience and 0-2 years of management experience, preferably in customer service or a related field.

Knowledge and Skills
  • Auditing: Knowledge of auditing principles and practices.

  • Business Process: Understanding of business processes and operations.
  • Data Analysis: Ability to analyze and interpret data.
