Your Role at Boldr

You will be the key point of contact for clients, managing their recruitment needs through proactive scheduling, account health checks, and stakeholder education. Your expertise will ensure seamless integration with our TA process, ensuring timely delivery of top talent. You will also:

  • Schedule and conduct job intake meetings, build rapport with hiring teams, and educate stakeholders on our process.
  • Understand all requirements by consistent sync-ups and immersion with hiring managers.
  • Qualify, screen, and shortlist applicants based on your extensive knowledge of various roles.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to forecast department goals and hiring needs.
  • Manage recruitment channels (referrals, headhunters, online channels) and research new sourcing methods.
  • Perform networking activities to promote Boldr and open roles.
  • Contact past applicants for new job opportunities and perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants' abilities.

Administrative and Miscellaneous Tasks

You will manage recruitment databases, prepare reports for clients and leads, undertake reviews of current selection methodologies, and implement change as necessary. Additionally, you may provide training to colleagues.

Requirements

To excel in this role, you should have:

  • At least 3 years of solid technical recruitment background.
  • Possession of a Targeted Selection certificate or equivalent certification is preferred.
  • Experience in outsourcing, start-up, staffing, or tech companies is an advantage.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to source candidates using Xray search, boolean search, and headhunting techniques.
  • Familiarity with IT positions ranging from mid-tier to high-tier niche positions.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Organizational and project management skills.

Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per annum
