Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Desk Support Specialist to join our team. As a Service Desk Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing remote phone-based support to our global team, troubleshooting technical issues, and escalating complex problems to additional IT resources.
Responsibilities
- Provide remote technical support to our global team via phone and email
- Troubleshoot technical issues with Microsoft Productivity Suite, Dell hardware, Apple hardware, and other software applications
- Escalate complex problems to additional IT resources and vendors as needed
- Manage distribution lists, shared mailboxes, and teams through Exchange/Office 365
- Support installation and configuration of various software applications, including Global Protect VPN, Salesforce, and Microsoft Dynamics CRM
- Participate in a fast-paced, agile development schedule and collaborate with developers and project leads to resolve issues
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a technical support role
- CompTIA A+, Microsoft, or ITIL certifications
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
- Ability to work in a team environment and handle multiple priorities
- Up-to-date technical knowledge and ability to learn new technologies quickly
