About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Social Publishing Analyst to join our team at PepsiCo. As a key member of our global team, you will be responsible for providing operational support for Sprinklr's Social Publishing and Engagement platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide first-line support for end-users on social publishing and engagement.
  • Develop and deliver training programs for new users on the Sprinklr platform.
  • Collaborate with IT administrators to set up new workflows and configure social channels.
  • Work closely with IT to resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Align with sectors on campaign management, in-market changes, and re-organization of brand managers.
  • Track platform usage and provide weekly KPIs to sector leadership.
  • Influence product roadmap and enhancements.
  • Lead meetings with marketers across sectors.
  • Work with the DAM team to ensure approved assets are published via social channels.
  • Maintain social accounts and governance, ensuring passwords are encrypted and saved securely.
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience using Sprinklr (Social Publishing module required).
  • Business-level proficiency in English.
  • Experience designing and producing reports and dashboards.
  • Experience working with internal and external stakeholders, including technical teams, agencies, and marketers.
  • Resourcefulness in solving technology and stakeholder problems.
  • Experience running change management activities, such as trainings and process documentation.
