About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented professional to join our Lenovo Customer Fulfillment team as an Order Fulfillment Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively manage backlogs and ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Communicate manufacturing status with Sales Operations and other stakeholders.
- Develop a deep understanding of our fulfillment and warehouse centers.
- Track manufacturing and customer orders from start to finish.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation.
- Apply problem-solving, analytical, and logical skills to resolve issues.
- Handle special customer requirements with professionalism.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
- Excellent English language skills.
- Proven problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to work with data.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong understanding of urgency and ability to work with limited supervision.
- Excellent organization and communication skills.
- Proficiency in SAP, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with a focus on delivering results.
