**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly skilled EHS Coordinator to join our team at Buscojobs México. As an EHS Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring the health and safety of our employees and the environment.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and implement effective EHS management systems to prevent accidents and injuries
- Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to identify potential hazards
- Provide training and guidance to employees on EHS procedures and protocols
- Investigate and report on all incidents and accidents
- Collaborate with management to develop and implement EHS policies and procedures
**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment
- Proven knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems (OHSMS)
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
**Preferred Qualifications:**
- ISO 45001 certification
- ISO 14001 lead auditor certification
