Job Title: Global Compensation Strategist

At Vertiv, we are seeking a highly skilled Global Compensation Strategist to join our team. This role is responsible for performing data audits of various global compensation elements, ensuring their accuracy and working with global Total Rewards leaders to adjust and/or correct any inaccurate data.

The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background, excellent English speaking skills, and the ability to interact, collaborate, and influence decisions on multiple levels. They will be responsible for modeling new global initiatives, delivering actionable insights, and updating global salary structures while conducting impact analysis if required.

In this role, you will support communication and change management activities in support of Vertiv's Career Framework and may conduct competitive market pricing, engaging HR Business Partners and Total Rewards leaders to diagnose compensation issues and solve problems.

You will also be responsible for training HR Business Partners and People Leaders on compensation principles and practices, helping them make informed pay decisions. If you have experience with Power BI, Oracle, or compensation programs, it would be an added advantage.

About the Role

This is a full-time position, and the estimated salary range for this role is $85,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on your location and experience. At Vertiv, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform data audits of various global compensation elements
  • Work with global Total Rewards leaders to adjust and/or correct inaccurate data
  • Model new global initiatives, deliver actionable insights, and update global salary structures
  • Support communication and change management activities in support of Vertiv's Career Framework
  • Conduct competitive market pricing, engage HR Business Partners and Total Rewards leaders to diagnose compensation issues
  • Train HR Business Partners and People Leaders on compensation principles and practices
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with specialization in Business, Mathematics, or other Analytical discipline
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in HR, Finance, Analytics, or related field
  • Excellent English speaking skills with written, verbal, and presentation skills
  • Ability to interact, collaborate, and influence decisions on multiple levels
  • Strong organizational skills and advanced Excel skills
  • Prefer experience with Power BI, Oracle, or compensation programs
