Servicios Comerciales Amazon Mexico S. De R.L. De C.V., a leading e-commerce company, is seeking a highly skilled Senior Program Manager to lead labor planning activities across Amazon Logistics (AMZL) Mexico.


The successful candidate will be responsible for defining the overall capacity under the roof across Mexico, leading labor planning mid- and long-term activities for all Delivery Stations (DS), and driving creation of quality initiatives to improve the labor planning process.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Define the overall capacity under the roof across Mexico
  • Lead labor planning mid- and long-term activities for all DS
  • Drive creation of quality initiatives, process change initiatives, and Lean initiatives to improve the labor planning process
  • Leverage the labor planning and Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) teams to develop improvement plans for the supply chain planning and execution
  • Take proactive steps to ensure that best practices in labor planning are shared across the network
  • Manage others, develop exceptional talent, and encourage team members to challenge assumptions
  • Promote recruiting efforts across the network to continually hire and develop top talent
  • Recommend, develop, and implement policies and programs to maintain and improve the organization's competitive position and profitability
  • Work with data source providers and technology teams to ensure accurate, automated, and timely key decision data

Requirements:



  • 3+ years of experience driving process improvements
  • Master's degree or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design, or related field
  • Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level (e.g., pivot tables & charts, multiple criteria lookups, nested logical/IF formulas, data cleansing, array formulas)
