Requirements

  • 6-10 years of experience in incident management, process improvement, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of driving process improvements and delivering results.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to operate with a high level of autonomy.
  • Proficient in tools such as iCAP and Cognos, with experience in data analysis and reporting.
  • Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience, potentially Master's degree.
