We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Finance Coordinator to join our Procurement Indirects team in South LATAM. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a critical role in furthering the transformation and digitalization of our procurement finance processes.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a mid-to-long-term agenda for sustainability initiatives, aligning with our company's goals and targets.
- Collaborate with suppliers to design and implement end-to-end processes that support our sustainability agenda.
- Work with subject-matter experts to develop tools and automation processes for procurement finance, ensuring standardization and efficiency.
- Guide the development of tools and processes to standardize data input, calculation, output, and visualization.
- Ensure timely adoption of standardized processes for procurement finance in LATAM, aligning with corporate standards.
- Perform benchmarking analyses to identify industry-leading tools and processes that can improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance business outcomes.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Engineering, Economics, or Administration.
- 4+ years of experience in finance, forecasting, budgeting, and P&L management.
- Experience in a similar role and activities, with knowledge of procurement and supply chain management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft tools, PowerBI, SQL, VBA, and SAP.
- Strong analytical skills, financial knowledge, and interpersonal communication skills.
- English language proficiency is a must.
