Purpose:

The Brand Coordinator plays a crucial role in the execution of the brand functional plan, serving as a vital link between the Brand Team and the In Field Team members. This position requires close collaboration with business partners to ensure functional plan objectives are met and recommendations are made according to In Field specific needs.

  • Coordinate the process of payment and contracting of suppliers and speakers.
  • Support materials development, ensuring correct policies and procedures execution according to the processes and policies.
  • Coordinate strategic events development, including bidding process, objectives definition, procurement process, and event closing process.
  • Support Product manager in the development and implementation of tactic plan/monthly cycle guides.
  • Monitor procurement process, ensuring timely completion of purchase orders generated from all brand team activities.
  • Develop effective communication with various levels of crossfunctional stakeholders, including business owners/internal customers, field staff, and support departments.
  • Develop special strategic projects (Adhoc); such as multichannel campaign, internal communication, materials, conferences, and launch events.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the brand team, providing guidance and support in day-to-day activities.
  • Logistics HCV materials tracking, including rapid test, tubs, etc., and resource administration.
  • Safeguard HCV receipt from IMSS, ISSSTE, and CENSIDA.
  • Control inventory of HCV materials to ensure delivery in accordance with contract requirements.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree required

  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of attendee management.
  • Supplier management.
  • Ability to manage multiple project deadlines.
  • Crossfunctional collaboration.
  • Good communication/presentation skills, written and verbal.
  • Shows high level of initiative and ability to work independently.
  • Ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely as necessary.
  • Must be available to travel domestically up to 20%.
  • Must be able to provide effective customer service.
  • Conflict resolution skills; independent of supervisor input or coaching.
  • DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS: English fluency.
  • DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS: 2+ years of work experience.
  • DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Farma industry background and/or experience.
