**JOB DESCRIPTION**

**JOB TITLE**:Inside Sales Dental - LATAM

**SALARY**:Start 1,200USD

**ALLOWANCE/BENEFIT**:

- Mobile Data and Internet allowance,
- Healthcare Benefits (After complete probation)
- Virtual Shares
- Monthly commission (based on sales performance)

**HIRING STATUS**:Full Time Contractor

**PROBATION**:2 months (60 days)

**LOCATION/BASE**:Work from home (Costa Rica, north mexico - Tijuana, Mexicali,
Cabo, North-west)

**About the role**:
**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and coverage on all front lines (phone/chat/live chat/social media)
- Follow up with each patient to assure appointment attendance and sales targets
- Actively listen to patients' needs and recommend the right clinic and or promotion to help patients save money and achieve their medical or dental goals.
- Log and track all leads through our CRM.
- Respond to all leads within the agreed SLA.
- Collaborate with other inside sales team members to help achieve company goals.
- Build a strong sales pipeline by following up on cold leads and referrals for future bookings.
- Work within the agreed schedule. (Available to work on weekends if required)
- Record details of inquiries, comments and complaints.
- Attend training and coaching sessions as required.
- Help build the world’s largest global medical and dental online agency.

**ADDITIONAL DUTIES AS REQUIRED**
- Attend regular team meetings
- Preventing unsound or unethical business practices.
- Submitting timely expense reports for reimbursements and completing other tasks and reports in accordance with Company policies and procedures.
- Support the achievement of the Medical Departures Inc.’s sales and revenues objectives
- Help build the world’s largest global medical marketplace

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**:

- 2-3 years Sales experience.
- 2+ years **Cold calling experience (Outbound call is a must)**:

- Fluent in English (verbal and written)
- Familiarity & knowledge of dental procedures is a plus.
- Excellent listening and writing skills with a 40+ WPM typing ability
- Travel savvy - international travel experience will be an advantage.
- Experience tracking and maintaining a sales funnel through CRM (Zoho) and other tools.
- Ability to work responsibly and productively from a remote home-office environment with good time management.
- Weekend availability, according to shift schedule (5 days on, 2 days off)
- Experience with the dental industry is a plus.

- Reliable computer with webcam and microphone interface
