Field Applications Engineer?? Ubicación: Monterrey, N.L. ?? Modalidad: Híbrido ?? Disponibilidad para viajar: 15–20% del tiempoDescripción del puestoBuscamos un Field Applications Engineer con un sólido perfil técnico y orientación al cliente, que colabore estrechamente con los equipos de ventas, producto y desarrollo para ofrecer soluciones de ingeniería de alto impacto.Tu principal misión será brindar soporte técnico a las aplicaciones de clientes, seleccionando productos, resolviendo problemas complejos y garantizando que las soluciones propuestas cumplan con las necesidades técnicas, de costo y de tiempo del cliente. Serás un puente clave entre las áreas comerciales y de ingeniería, impulsando la satisfacción del cliente y la mejora continua de procesos internos.Responsabilidades principalesBrindar soporte técnico en la selección de productos (impellers, motores, drives y accesorios).Participar en reuniones técnicas con clientes, tanto presenciales como virtuales.Traducir requerimientos del cliente en especificaciones técnicas claras para ingeniería o R&D.Capacitar a equipos comerciales y de atención al cliente en México, EE. UU. y Canadá.Apoyar al área de calidad en análisis de reclamos técnicos.Elaborar presentaciones técnicas y documentación de soporte.Liderar proyectos de nuevos clientes, asegurando cumplimiento en tiempos y entregables.Representar a la empresa en ferias y eventos del sector.Apoyar la introducción de nuevos productos y la estandarización de soluciones personalizadas.Identificar oportunidades de optimización en procesos de cotización y selección técnica.Objetivos del rolConvertirse en referente técnico para selección de productos.Ganar confianza del equipo comercial y de clientes clave.Mejorar flujos internos de cotización y documentación.Implementar sesiones de entrenamiento interno.Liderar proyectos complejos de principio a fin.Desarrollar marcos de selección técnica para la región.Contribuir activamente a la evolución del portafolio de productos.Mentoría a nuevos ingenieros y soporte a equipos de ventas.RequisitosIngeniería Mecánica, Eléctrica o Industrial.Mínimo 5 años de experiencia en posiciones similares en entorno técnico.Experiencia en gestión de proyectos y soporte técnico a clientes industriales.Habilidad para trabajar de forma independiente y en equipo.Dominio avanzado de inglés (indispensable).Conocimientos de Microsoft Office y MS Teams.Fuertes habilidades de comunicación, presentación y resolución de problemas.
