El grupo tiene presencia en 41+ localidades a nivel mundial. Nuestro cliente es una empresa de infraestructura tecnológica, con presencia en todo el mundo. La posición: Reportando al Team Leader de Order Management, serás responsable de: Manejar los pedidos de los clientes y brindar un excelente servicio al cliente Mantener y hacer un seguimiento continuo de un alto rendimiento de entrega Ingresar pedidos puntuales y precisos en el software de gestión de pedidos Revisa los precios especiales, cotizaciones, etc. Trabaja con los clientes para resolver cualquier discrepancia entre la orden de compra y el sistema operativo. Responsable de alcanzar métricas individuales y métricas de equipo, y precisión de entrada de pedidos y tiempo de ciclo. Colabora de manera interfuncional con Operaciones, Servicio al Cliente, Calidad y Datos Maestros. Los Requisitos: Licenciatura terminada con mínimo de 2 años de experiencia como Analista de Order Management. Inglés avanzado, capaz de establecer conversaciones de negocios Competencias desarrolladas en atención a clientes, atención al detalle y trabajo en equipo.
