Objetivo del puestoProspectar nuevos clientes para generar oportunidades comerciales que deriven en un incremento del 15% en la base actual de CRM + WhatsApp. El rol tiene un enfoque 100% en pipe gen mediante estrategias de prospección outbound e inteligencia comercial.Funciones principalesInvestigar mercados potenciales para detectar clientes ideales (ICP).Ejecutar estrategias de prospección multicanal: llamadas en frío, mensajes, visitas.Generar citas calificadas para Account Executives.Implementar estrategias de sales intelligence y A/B testing.Nutrir CRM con interacciones relevantes y segmentar leads.Requisitos5 años en ventas y generación de leads (preferente en tech o SaaS).2 años como Hunter activo.Manejo de CRM y herramientas de sales intelligence.Oferta:Sueldo bruto mensual $25,000 – $35,000 MXNBono mensual del 20% sobre base, garantizado los primeros 3 mesesEsquema de honorarios con pagos puntualesModalidad híbrida (CDMX, oficina Patriotismo)Prestaciones: SGMM, vacaciones ley, aguinaldo, capacitación✨ Ventajas:Equipo con mentalidad de crecimiento y alta autonomíaHerramientas tecnológicas de vanguardiaFormación constante y acompañamiento
