Asegurar que las operaciones sean ejecutadas bajo los estándares integrales operacionales del área agrícola para lograr el cumplimiento de los KPI´s.

Role Responsibilities

  1. Supervisar que las actividades en el predio se realicen de manera correcta, según estándares y/o procedimientos.
  2. Dar la plática de seguridad antes de iniciar las actividades.
  3. Llenar los formatos requeridos por la actividad.
  4. Cumplir con el plan semanal
  5. Asegurar el personal cuente con el Equipo de Protección Personal, completo y en buenas condiciones.
  6. Asegurarse de no dejar residuos de alimentos en los predios.
  7. Cuidado y supervisión de activos tales como maquinaria e implementos.
  8. Supervisar, vigilar y manejar los predios desde la plantación hasta la Jima.
  9. En caso de tener vehículo a su cargo debe mantenerlo en buenas condiciones y la bitácora actualizada.
  10. Asistir a los programas de capacitación y reuniones de trabajo asignados.
  11. Realizar el tarjeteo de acuerdo a las detecciones de Anormalidades.

Liderazgo

Deseable Ing en Agronomia o afin

Office intermedio
