About the Role

We are looking for a
Contract Management Specialist
to manage the full lifecycle of contracts, including creation, amendments, renewals, and compliance. This role requires strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work closely with legal teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage contract creation, amendments, renewals, and related processes.
  • Coordinate with Legal and other internal teams to process contracts efficiently.
  • Participate in contract negotiations and oversee contract administration.
  • Handle vendor interactions and maintain strong supplier relationships.
  • Research contract activity in Accounts Payable for renewals or expirations and determine necessary actions.

Qualifications

  • Good knowledge of
    Procurement operations processes
    .
  • Strong communication skills to interact with internal teams and suppliers.
  • Proficiency in
    MS Office
    (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
