Network Management Specialist

Job Responsbilities

Analizar el desempeño de la red logística (hubs, rutas, carriers).

Monitorear y mejorar KPIs como OTD, SLA, costos y productividad.

Diseñar y optimizar rutas, cobertura y capacidad de la red.

Coordinar con hubs, operaciones, transporte y última milla.

Evaluar desempeño de proveedores y socios logísticos.

Apoyar en la apertura, ajuste o cierre de hubs/rutas.

Elaborar reportes y dashboards para toma de decisiones.

Implementar estándares operativos a nivel red.

Dar seguimiento a incidencias recurrentes a nivel nacional/regional.

Participar en proyectos de mejora continua y reducción de costos.

Job Qualifications

Conocimiento de gestión de red logística (hubs, rutas, carriers, proveedores).

Experiencia en análisis de datos operativos y optimización de procesos.

Manejo intermedio/avanzado de Excel (tablas dinámicas, fórmulas).

Deseable experiencia con TMS / WMS / sistemas de tracking.

Capacidad para trabajar con KPIs y SLA.

Habilidades analíticas y de resolución de problemas.

Comunicación efectiva para coordinación multifuncional.

Capacidad de planificación y seguimiento.

Requisitos necesarios:

Escolaridad: Licenciatura en logística, ingeniería, administración o afín.

Inglés intermedio (deseable para reportes y coordinación regional)

Experiencia de 2 a 4 años en logística, transporte o última milla
