Responsibilities:
ROL Y RESPONSABILIDADES
- Diseñar, implementar y verificar sistemas de control para nuestros procesos de producción con el fin de cumplir los requisitos del cliente según los estándares establecidos en el Sistema de Gestión de Calidad (QMS).
- Diseñar, desarrollar y ejecutar mejoras de procesos para los métodos, controles y procesos de fabricación.
- Documentar y controlar los cambios de proceso de acuerdo con el QMS.
- Desarrollar e implementar acciones correctivas y preventivas para garantizar el cumplimiento de los Indicadores Clave de Desempeño (KPIs) del sitio.
- Desarrollar Planos de Manufactura, Listas de Materiales (BOM), Rutas de Producción, Instrucciones de Trabajo y Planes de Control utilizando las mejores prácticas de ingeniería de manufactura.
- Brindar apoyo en el Desarrollo y Pruebas de Nuevos Productos, APQP, PPAP, validación de productos y procesos, auditorías de producto, conformidad de planos y BOM, y proyectos relacionados con trabajo estándar y reducción de variación en el proceso.
- Realizar PFMEA en procesos, métodos, equipos y controles de manufactura.
- Evaluar y solucionar problemas en la manufactura, calidad y líneas de ensamblaje utilizando el análisis de modos y efectos de falla (FMEA) y otros métodos de resolución de problemas, así como realizar análisis de capacidad y capabilidad del proceso.
- Colaborar con otros departamentos en la implementación de actividades de seguridad, mejora continua y metodologías lean a nivel del sitio.
- Realizar presentaciones técnicas.
- Desarrollar un alto nivel de dominio en todos los procesos de producción y el equipo relacionado.
- Tener la capacidad de guiar y orientar a ingenieros, apoyando el desarrollo de un equipo sólido.
- Redactar y presentar solicitudes de Gastos de Capital (CapEx).
- Se requerirá realizar otras tareas según se soliciten, indiquen o asignen.
Qualifications:
HABILIDADES Y CONOCIMIENTOS REQUERIDOS
- Licenciatura en Ingeniería Industrial, Mecánica, Mecánico-Electricista, Mecatrónica, Materiales o disciplinas relacionadas.
- Certificación Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.
- Conocimiento de herramientas de Manufactura Esbelta (SMED, VSM, TPM, 6S, JIT, etc.).
- Manejo del paquete MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Teams).
- Conocimiento intermedio de Minitab y Estadística (capacidad de proceso, estadísticos descriptivos, pruebas de hipótesis, DOE, etc.).
- Manejo de herramientas de resolución de problemas (8D's, PDCA, Pareto, Ishikawa, A3, etc.).
- Dominio del inglés (escrito y conversacional).
- Mínimo 7 años de experiencia en la industria manufacturera.
- Capacidad para trabajar adecuadamente con subordinados, colegas y superiores en todos los departamentos de la empresa.
- Excelentes habilidades interpersonales y de comunicación.
- Buenas habilidades de gestión del tiempo y planificación.
HABILIDADES PREFERENCIALES
- Certificación Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.
- Experiencia en procesos de moldeo por inyección.
- Experiencia en procesos cerámicos.
- Experiencia con ISO 9001 o AS9100.
