Account Quality Management

Cross-Functional Collaboration and Coordination

  • Work collaboratively with various teams to schedule, allocate tasks, and ensure seamless communication between departments.
  • Coordinate and host customer audits to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Plan and execute customer-focused training initiatives to align internal teams with customer quality expectations.
  • Act as a Quality Continuous Improvement Coordinator, spearheading initiatives that enhance product and process quality.
  • Identify areas for improvement within quality processes and drive corrective actions to achieve operational excellence.
  • Serve as the External CAR (Corrective Action Request) and Customer Complaint Coordinator, overseeing the resolution of customer-reported quality issues.
  • RMA (Return Material Authorization) Handling & Control
  • Collect and analyze RMA/DOA (Dead on Arrival) data to identify trends and support continuous improvement efforts.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Proven experience in quality management, customer relations, or cross-teams coordination roles.
  • Hands-on experience managing RMA and DOA data analysis with advanced data visualization/reporting skills (e.g., Excel, Power BI).
  • Familiarity with ISO standards, quality systems, and compliance requirements.

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2 years of demonstrated experience in a similar account/quality management role.
