Key Account Manager 100% Remote. Catalyst Consulting is a boutique, revenue-centric performance marketing consultancy. We work with a small number of high-growth B2B companies and take full ownership of pipeline and revenue outcomes — not vanity metrics. This role is not entry-level. This role is not for someone who struggles with communication, ownership, or organization. We are hiring a Key Account Manager to own client communication, project coordination, and operational excellence across Catalyst accounts. This role exists because great performance marketing fails without clear communication, structure, and accountability. You are not here to "check in." Lead client communication via Slack, email, and scheduled calls Project & Workflow Management Own project management inside ClickUp Coordinate between performance marketers, strategists, and leadership Maintain documentation, notes, and assets in Google Drive Ensure Slack communication is structured, actionable, and professional Performance Context (Not Execution) Understand the fundamentals of performance marketing Lead quality Paid media performance (high level) CRM & Process Work inside HubSpot to: Understand lead flow and sales feedback Support reporting and client conversations Ensure marketing and sales alignment stays tight You have near-native or native-level English (written and spoken) Your English is conversational but not professional-level Near-native / fluent English (written + spoken) Strong project management background ClickUp Slack HubSpot Foundational understanding of performance marketing strongly preferred 100% Remote ~ Work directly with a high-performing, senior team ~ services Include a short Loom video explaining: Your project management background Why you believe you'd excel in a high-ownership account management role
