Objetivo del puesto

Responsable de diseñar y construir modelos matemáticos y estadísticos, así como pipelines de ingeniería de datos utilizando grandes volúmenes de información para atender problemáticas del negocio. El enfoque principal será desarrollar productos analíticos que apoyen a las áreas de HR / People en la toma de decisiones basadas en datos, contribuyendo a iniciativas estratégicas de talento y capital humano.

Principales responsabilidades

Interacción con clientes internos

  • Liderar entrevistas con stakeholders estratégicos para recolectar y traducir las necesidades de negocio en propuestas de proyecto y soluciones técnicas viables.

Modelado y análisis estadístico

  • Construir modelos estadísticos y de machine learning aplicando técnicas avanzadas de análisis.
  • Utilizar herramientas de programación como Python y librerías especializadas para regresiones, correlaciones y visualización de datos.

Ingeniería de datos

  • Diseñar y mantener pipelines de datos utilizando plataformas como Snowflake y Fivetran.
  • Garantizar la calidad, integridad y eficiencia en la ingesta y transformación de datos.

Presentación y comunicación

  • Presentar reportes y presentaciones orientadas a audiencias no técnicas, asegurando claridad y relevancia para la toma de decisiones.
  • Documentar procesos y modelos de manera completa y estandarizada.

Mantenimiento y monitoreo

  • Dar seguimiento a modelos existentes, asegurando su vigencia y desempeño.
  • Implementar mejoras continuas en procesos y soluciones analíticas.

Requisitos del perfil

  • Estudios en Matemáticas, Ciencia de Datos, Física, Finanzas, Ciencias de la Computación o afín.
  • 4+ años de experiencia en creación e implementación de modelos y análisis cuantitativo.
  • Experiencia comprobada en proyectos analíticos orientados a Recursos Humanos y People.
  • Conocimientos sólidos en estadística (regresiones, correlaciones, exploración y visualización de datos).
  • Conocimiento de programación en Python, R y SQL.
  • Conocimiento de modelado de información y generación de hipótesis, "Pruebas A/B", regresiones lineales, Random Forest.
  • Familiaridad con Snowflake, Azure Data Factory y Fivetran.
  • Inglés avanzado (conversacional y escrito).

Consideraciones relevantes

Esta posición es eventual por un periodo de 1 año.
