¿Cuáles serán tus responsabilidades en este rol?
- Liderarás al equipo de CPFR para impulsar la planificación colaborativa con clientes clave, enfocándote en la precisión del pronóstico y la gestión de inventarios.
- Serás responsable de monitorear los niveles de inventario según las distintas estacionalidades, con el fin de reducir faltantes y excesos de stock.
- Supervisarás los procesos de gestión de pedidos de principio a fin, asegurando una entrega oportuna y precisa.
- Atenderás escalamientos y resolverás rápidamente los problemas de los clientes para mantener altos niveles de satisfacción.
- Colaborarás con los equipos de ventas, logística y cadena de suministro para cumplir con las expectativas de los clientes y los objetivos del negocio.
- En coordinación con equipos multifuncionales, identificarás oportunidades para mejorar el desempeño OTIF (On Time In Full) y asegurarás un seguimiento constante de las acciones.
- Sólida trayectoria en Cadena de Suministro, CPFR (Reabastecimiento) y Logística.
- Experiencia liderando equipos de CPFR y Customer Service.
- Experiencia en el canal moderno: autoservicios.
- Inglés a nivel avanzado
- Trabajo en un entorno colaborativo.
- Equilibrio entre responsabilidades laborales y personales.
- Prestaciones superiores de ley.
