About the Opportunity
EZ-AD is launching a brand new dental membership software platform designed to help dental practices manage in house membership plans for their uninsured patients. We're entering a market with over 135,000 dental practices in the US, where 72 million American adults lack dental insurance and are actively looking for affordable care alternatives.
What You'll Be Doing
Direct Sales Outreach
You'll be reaching out to dental practices across the country to introduce them to our membership platform. We've already done the hard work of building a prospect database with over 87,000 dental practices, including decision maker emails, office manager contacts, and staff information. You'll have qualified leads from day one.
Building Affiliate Partnerships
A key part of this role involves connecting with dental consultants, coaches, and industry influencers who already have relationships with dental practices. You'll help build out our affiliate program, recruiting partners who can refer practices to our platform in exchange for recurring commissions.
Product Feedback and Development
Because this is a new product, you'll have real input into how we shape and improve the platform. The feedback you gather from conversations with dental offices will directly influence our roadmap. We believe in building something our customers genuinely love, and your voice matters in that process.
Relationship Management
Once a practice signs up, you'll help ensure they have a smooth onboarding experience and serve as their point of contact. Happy customers lead to referrals, and we want every practice to become an advocate for our platform.
What We're Looking For
Dental Industry Experience Strongly Preferred
You understand how dental practices operate. You know that the office manager is often the real decision maker for software purchases. You've worked with dentists before, whether in sales, consulting, or another capacity, and you understand their pain points around insurance, patient retention, and revenue.
Existing Relationships Are a Major Plus
If you already have connections in the dental industry, whether that's relationships with practice owners, office managers, dental consultants, or DSO leadership, that's a significant advantage. We want someone who can leverage their network from day one.
Self Starter Mentality
This is a remote position with a new product. You need to be comfortable working independently, managing your own pipeline, and figuring things out as you go. We'll give you the tools and support, but you need to bring the drive.
Excellent Communication Skills
You can explain complex software simply. You're comfortable on the phone with English, over email, and on video calls. You can handle objections and turn skeptics into believers.
Consultative Sales Approach
You're not pushy. You listen to what practices actually need and help them understand how our platform solves their problems. You build trust first, and sales follow.
Compensation
Base Salary: Flexible, tell us what you're looking for based on your experience.
Commission Structure: 10% of monthly subscription revenue for every account you close, paid out monthly for 12 months after the close
Why This Opportunity Is Different
Massive Market, Low Penetration
Only about 10 to 15% of dental practices currently use dedicated membership management software. The rest are either doing it manually, overpaying for clunky platforms, or not offering memberships at all. The opportunity is enormous.

We're not trying to match competitors, we're undercutting them significantly while offering a better product. When you tell a practice owner they can save 50% or more on their monthly software costs, conversations move fast.

We've already identified 87,000+ dental practices with contact information for owners, managers, and staff. You're not starting from scratch. You're starting with a massive list of qualified prospects and the tools to reach them.
